Wild Alaskan Pollock Kimbap

Ingredients:

Breaded Wild Alaska Pollock filets (you can also use Surimi Seafood, too)​⁣
Spinach​⁣
Carrots​⁣
Burdock​⁣
3 eggs​⁣
Rice- lightly seasoned with pinch of vinegar, sesame oil and salt​⁣
Seaweed paper ​⁣
Bamboo kimbap roller (sold at Korean markets)​⁣

Directions:



· Prepare the vegetables by lightly seasoning with sesame oil and salt​⁣
· Cut them into strips​⁣
· Season the rice ​⁣
· Layer each ingredient starting from rice ​⁣
· Use the bamboo roller to tightly roll each kimbap​⁣
· Cut into bite sized pieces ​⁣
