Wild Alaskan Pollock Kimbap

Ingredients:
Breaded Wild Alaska Pollock filets (you can also use Surimi Seafood, too)
Spinach
Carrots
Burdock
3 eggs
Rice- lightly seasoned with pinch of vinegar, sesame oil and salt
Seaweed paper
Bamboo kimbap roller (sold at Korean markets)
Directions:
· Prepare the vegetables by lightly seasoning with sesame oil and salt
· Cut them into strips
· Season the rice
· Layer each ingredient starting from rice
· Use the bamboo roller to tightly roll each kimbap
· Cut into bite sized pieces
