Wild Alaska Pollock Sushi Bake

Ingredients:

4 wild Alaska pollock fillets

6oz of surimi (imitation crab) also made from wild Alaska pollock1/3 cup sliced green onions

3 tbsp kewpie Mayo

3oz cream cheese

1/2 tsp salt\

4 cups of cooked short grain rice

1 tbsp mirin

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp fruikake

 

Directions:

 

Dice Wild Alaska Pollock fillets and chopped green onions, then combine with mayo, cream cheese, and salt. Set bowl aside.

Prepare rice, then pack into baking dish. Add mirin, sesame oil, and fruikake to rice. Spread seafood mix over rice and bake in the over at 350F degrees for 40 minutes. Top with more green onion and avocado. Enjoy!
