8oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
3/4 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
12oz Surimi Seafood, diced 2 tbsp sriracha
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 cup + 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup green onions, diced
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/3 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
Optional garnishes: diced green onion and red pepper flakes
15-20 wonton wrappers
Avocado oil cooking spray

Directions:

1. Add cream cheese, mayo and sour cream to a large bowl and beat with hand mixers until smooth
2. Add Surimi Seafood, sriracha, soy sauce, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, green onions, garlic powder and onion powder and mix until well combined
3. Evenly spread dip into a medium sized baking dish, then top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and bake at 350 for 25-28 minutes until golden brown and bubbly
4. While the dip is baking, make the air-fried wonton chips. Cut the wonton wrappers in half, then place evenly onto the bottom of a greased air fryer tray. Spray the top of the wonton wrappers with avocado oil cooking spray, sprinkle with salt and air fry at 390 for 1 minute per side or until golden brown. Repeat for all wonton triangles
5. Once the dip is complete, top with Thai sweet chili sauce, extra diced green onions and red pepper flakes & ENJOY with your homemade wonton chips!
