Mexican Style Fish and Chips
4-6 breaded Wild Alaska fillets
3 Tbsp Mayo
1 tsp Garlic powder
½ tsp Salt and pepper
½ tsp Olive oil
¼ cup cilantro
- Rinse and slice potatoes
- Add them to the bowl
- Mix garlic powder, salt and pepper, and olive oil
- Bake potatoes at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Then add frozen breaded Wild Alaska Pollock fillets to the pan and bake both for an additional 16 minutes.
Avocado Tartar Sauce
- Blend one peeled ripe avocado, mayo, lime juice, cilantro, and a little bit of water.
- For the kids in the family, squeeze lime on the baked fillets and for the adults add your favorite roasted salsa!
