Mexican Style Fish and Chips

Ingredients

4-6 breaded Wild Alaska fillets
4 potatoes
1 avocado
2 limes
3 Tbsp Mayo
1 tsp Garlic powder
½ tsp Salt and pepper
½ tsp Olive oil
¼ cup cilantro

 

Fries
  1. Rinse and slice potatoes
  2. Add them to the bowl
  3. Mix garlic powder, salt and pepper, and olive oil
  4. Bake potatoes at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Then add frozen breaded Wild Alaska Pollock fillets to the pan and bake both for an additional 16 minutes. 

 

Avocado Tartar Sauce
  1. Blend one peeled ripe avocado, mayo, lime juice, cilantro, and a little bit of water.
  2. For the kids in the family, squeeze lime on the baked fillets and for the adults add your favorite roasted salsa!
