Rachel Mansfield's Easy Baked Bacon and Crab Dip



Ingredients:
  • Bacon
  • Cream cheese
  • Mayo
  • Hot sauce
  • Plain yogurt
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Garlic cloves
  • Scallions
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Wild Alaska Pollock Surimi Seafood (You may know this as imitation crab- but it's anything but imitation, it's real wild-caught Alaska Pollock)
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Add cream cheese to a mixing bowl and beat until smooth
  3. Stir in mayo, yogurt garlic, green onion, hot sauce, salt, scallions and mix
  4. Add ¾ cup cheddar cheese and mix
  5. Fold in the bacon and the surimi seafood and mix all together
  6. Spread into a 9″ pie dish or similar size baking pan and sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top
  7. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the top is golden (Broil for 1 minute or so)
  8. Serve warm, with crackers, bread or veggies or choice
