Nancy Fuller’s Crab Delights® and Pepperoni Lasagna

Yield: About 8 servings
Ingredients
- 
2 quarts Marinara sauce
 - 
9 sheets No-cook lasagna noodles
 - 
2 8-oz pkg Crab Delights®, flake or chunk style
 - 
1/4 cup Pepperoni
 - 
1/4 cup Roasted garlic cloves
 - 
1/4 cup Roasted tomatoes in oil
 - 
1-pint Ricotta cheese
 - 
1 teaspoon Granulated garlic
 - 
1 teaspoon Granulated onion
 - 
1/2 teaspoon Dry oregano
 - 
1/2 teaspoon Dry basil
 - 
3/4 lb Mozzarella cheese
 
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
 - Spread 1/2 cup sauce along the bottom of oven proof lasagna pan, and 3 sheets of noodles on top of the sauce
 - Dollop spoonfuls of ricotta onto noodles, and add a layer of Crab Delights® and pepperoni
 - Sprinkle with garlic, onion, oregano, basil, roasted garlic cloves, roasted tomatoes, and mozzarella
 - Add more sauce
 - Repeat with 2 more layers
 - Top with mozzarella cheese
 - Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour
